After reading Perdido Street Station last summer for a Science Fiction Lit class, I decided that there wasn't very much information about the Militia even though they seemed to be important, so I decided to try and fix it.

I know there is more about Torque in Iron Council, but I haven't read that one yet, and this obviously isn't canon, so just go with it, okay?
